If you think we're 15% or above (and even that's pushing it) then you've never stepped outside any major cities in the south or Northeast. We don't exist in areas with well water or oil heat, and that's a LOT of the country.
It's literally impossible for the black population to stay the same for 20+ years. We are at least 20-25% of the country. Agree or naw?

This thread has been done multiple times on here and the Oh Pees never have any concrete fax to dispute the census data. 
The Census may have undercounted some black folks here and there but not enough to make a sizeable difference IMO.
tl;dr: Blacks make up <15% of the population and need to worry about other shyt plaguing us than our numbers in the US right now.

You’re born here. Then they assign you a social security number. Then you get vaccinated. Someone claims you on taxes. Then they force you to got school. Then you eventually work for a paycheck.
This is all assuming you aren’t on the straight school to prison or military pipeline like a lot of folks. Or the fact that every Black person is all up on social media.
