You have to walk before you run first.Many of these pro black advocates are stressing for you to start a business but it doesn't happen in an instant. You have to learn some skills for the business ,master those skills,learn the business atmosphere itself,and then kick off your own establishment in the market.
Its about know how,but always understand,you can't have more generals than soildiers out there in the field,so who can really be a boss?
