Its funny you guys ridicule @BrothaZay, but statistically speaking he's right. We all know that roughly half of businesses opened also close within the first couple of years of operation, and of those businesses that do survive a majority of them are marginal businesses that dont yield a whole lot in the way of profits, but come with a tremendous amount of headaches.

The "pro-black businessman! ™" has seemed to replace the IT certs nicca as the full of shyt, coli douche, who uses his purported successes offline to chastise others.
Right. Apparently if you dont have your own business its because your "lazy" or "dont have talent" :mjlol:

nikkas really calling some side hustle that makes them 600 dollars a month their own business. If thats your "business" then you're still going to need a job fakkit

Yea. These pro black folks sound like those old white dudes talking bout "if you want a job you just gotta walk in there, give em a firm handshake, and look them in the eye."

They're delusional if they think the average black person is gonna be able to start a business just like that.

Cmon brah, I'm usually on the same page with most of your posts but this is some bullshyt. I hate when black people get on this self pity nonsense. It may not be as easy for us as them cac folks but it ain't impossible.

I'm 26, when I graduated high school, I went to a trade school to become an electrician. For those first 3 years, I worked and networked with tons of people. Then began doing side jobs and building my clientele.
I got so much clients that I hired other dudes that I knew to help out.
To make a long story short, within 8 years, I now have my own electrician business, fully licensed, fully black owned. Proud to say with all black employees and making enough money to not have to work if I don't want to..

Not bragging just wanna motivate my brothers so please understand it's not impossible

But see this is the problem. Simple minded individuals like you will never amount to anything with this mind set. I'm assuming you guys are young so you're still a lil ignorant. It's not all about owning a business but it's about starting somewhere

Simple minded? Because I said its not realistic that most young black people can just start a business that makes enough profit to live on out of nowhere?:mjlol:

:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

be mad at the coli your parents failed you brehs. You can take 500 bucks cop wholesale electronics from Chinese wholesellers and start a business on amazon or eBay, in less than the time it took you to make this thread OP. And if you can't find wholesellers online you dont deserve to succeed in life.
God dont wanna see you in a bentley OP

Not 30s, I'm only 26. And yes, that is simple minded. We live in a time where anything and everything is available to you at your fingertips with the internet.
Take time out your day, and just write down ideas and research to see how to make a profit out of it.

You can't make someone into a business owner, this kid isn't cut out for it point blank, thats why I smh when cats tell everyone to get Certs or major in something in STEM, its not for everyone. OP is 20 and just doesn't know what he wants to do with his life, he is young so I give him a pass, if he was 25 or older though then dude would be straight bum status.

And let me guess, you're a leader? :comeon:
I`m my own man, and I dont need to run to the net and claim something isn't possible just because I`m too simple minded to understand the basic premise of what I`m dismissing. My advice to use is log off the Coli and go to your local trade school and enroll in Summer courses, or ups.com/careers
