There used to be one that size on I-95 right outside of Northern VA. The state or county used some loophole to have it removed.

Anything north of that Ft Myers-to-Palm-Beach line has always been that way. Southern cities can pretend to be progressive all they want, a 15 minute ride will get you right into the thick of it. And the 15 min ride is often optional.
