The phenomena you're describing has little to do with "CAC rhythms" or intelligence.

I've said it time and time again, black women are not attracted to these Steve Urkel brothers for the same reason that white and all other women aren't.

Women are all the same regardless of race in the way they are sexually attracted to a man, they want men that are dominant and desirable to other women. Men that don't need them and can replace them in a heartbeat. These men usually have high social status, good looks or wealth.

Whereas the intelligent book smarts dude is usually timid, reserved and has a low social status, traits that women don't find attractive.

You see a lot of good looking Hispanic women with little short mexican dudes. Indian women with unathletic, unassuming Indian dudes.
