Kanye produced that afterbirth of an album Yeezus
Jay came with a bit of a mediocre effort on MCHG

Meanwhile the guys lower on the totem pole are stepping up their game.

JCole dropped a good album
Killah Priest dropped one hell of a double album
Joey Bada$$ dropped Summer Knights, that I've in rotation ever since it came out, and I enjoy most of the songs on there.

I have a feeling that Drake is gonna drop a mediocre album as well lol. The stars seem to be against the superstars in 2013.

actually its more like everyone has dropped projects in that mediocre-solid range.. aside from Kanye, who dropped a really polarizing album.
