All-time best Game 7 scoring average. All-time best elimination game scoring average. Since those aren't "longevity" records, how do you explain them away? Has more 40-point playoff games than Wilt and Kobe combined. Has more 40-point playoff games than Shaq, Kareem, and Curry combined.
Durant is 4th all-time in 40-point playoff games with 14 in his career.....and LeBron has DOUBLE that. Plus nearly all of Bron's 40 spots were in huge games in critical situations (I think he's only hit 40 once in the first round). Lebron has 8 forty-point Finals games, which is #2 all-time and 7 more than Kobe has.

LeBron is a GOAT, but if people really think that this is going to change anyone's opinion on who the GOAT is then you're wrong. MJ is still the GOAT to me and nothing will change that, but I've always said that Bron is #3 in my top 5. The scoring record doesn't make him better than MJ since he didn't pass MJ to get it, is Malone or Kobe better than MJ? Bron is the greatest of the 00s hands down.
Nobody cares about emotional arguments about GOATs. If achievements dont move your bar in your ranking for GOAT then you rank on feelings and while Im sure thats nice for you, nobody else gives a fukk. People in sports speak on GOATs when achievements like this are obtained because they are quantifiable. Its not based on feelings, its raw facts that can be backed by hard data/numbers. Not feelings.

Everybody knows that nikkas thats been hating on Lebron every step along the way of his illustrious career aren't ever going to give him the credit he deserves. You don't have to show up in every new groundbreaking discussion of a new record falling to remind nikkas about how you 'feel'.
