Lol @ san marino. only 30k ppl there and more cars than ppl. Most of them are extra rich italians that moved there or old money families with roots to the island. Them being near the top of life expectancy and health care is like picking out a random wealthy town in a state with a top notch medical center there.

These rankings are meaningless. u.s. was never #1 on the happiness index, countries like Nederlands and Belgium would take that spot. Now Germany is tops, IIRC.

Costa Rica is #1, they've got a Dynasty run on happiness going on over there, they've been number 1 like 4 of the last 6 years.
