Its official... this Harden trade is just indefensible.

Do you realize you dont have to bench all your starters at the same time :jada:

some of these nikkas are clueless, never forget. If he looked at how the Heat ran their rotations he would see that's it's possible.

in one half OKC could do this

Westbrook
Harden
Durant
Ibaka
Perkins

around the 6 min mark

bench Westbrook

around the 3 min mark

bench Harden

at the start of the next qtr

bench Durant

bring back Harden & Westbrook

around the 7 min mark

Bring back Durant

Bench Westbrook

5 min mark

Bench Harden

Bring back Westbrook

around the 3 min mark

Bring back harden

it doesn't have it be these exact numbers, but they could have started all 3 of them and keep 1 or 2 of them on the floor throughout the game.

OKC wanted parsons in that deal but Morey said no and told to kick rocks. They even wanted parsons more than Kmart I heard.

If Okc would have paid Harden he would have started eventually. They weren't gonna pay him a max or near max contract to keep him as the sixth man. And right now this trade doesn't look good but Okc has some young players like Lamb and Perry Jones who could pan out in a year or two.

All the OKC apologists are gonna say it was the right decision but it was one of the worst trades ever. They didn't get shyt for him and he didn't even want that much more money. Cheap ass franchise and they'll get what they deserve in the long run.

How the fukk did they not take Shabazz at 12? :mindblown:

They want to move Perkins so they need a big to fill the void that Perkins leaves when he gets moved.

I gotta admit...I was totally wrong about this trade. A year ago I said he was crazy for making such a big deal out of 4mil. Now I say they are crazy for making such a big deal out of 4mil. :russ: I don't think I can ever recall being this wrong. :patrice:

me too :patrice: I've been avoiding it too long, but i was wrong about all of it :yeshrug:

A bird in a hand is better than two in the bush..... They had the pieces to win the titles and they let him go... Everyone knew except for dumb ass management that Harden was worth keeping. Presti doesn't know the number one rule..... As soon has you have your franchise player, you are on the clock to build a championship caliber team around him and win the title before said star decides to leave..... They are gambling with their most precious commodity... time.....

Harden should have been paid what he wanted(which was the main reason he left. Starting wasn't the biggest priority. He wanted to win a championship too)and Perkins should have been dealt......

Edit: I see the desperation in their picks..... They need more scoring bad

 people still trying to say thunder did the right thing. Even if you had to trade Harden you could've got more for him
