The good thing about this is that Disney can keep talent in house. They now have a whole other studio, where actors, directors, writers, producers, can go and flex their creative and artistic muscle. Then come back and do some Marvel and Star Wars shyt.

what's the point of having storm in BP 2? Unless you've already established mutants in the mcu it kinda don't make sense. Plus, the story arc from the comics sucked imo. EDIT: aside from that high priest line

I don't wanna see XMen til 2025. you wanna build them up like Thanos and drop breadcrumbs? by all means, but i don't want a single fukkin XMen character in the MCU for a long time. Make some offshoot Deadpools with loose MCU tie-ins, fine, but keep the XMen away. Get into the F4 and their rogue's gallery and then do X vs. Avengers as the first "event" film of Phase 5. make them the antagonists too. fukk em, i don't even like "rooting" for the XMen.

They're going to feel it and they're not going to have much choice but to take it in the ass with no lube. I still think theaters like AMC introduce A-List in response to this. They knew what was coming, and they just want to get as many people in seats who are going to buy popcorn and soda.
