i'm more worried about AT&T to be honest.

Not only do they own WB now, but unlike Disney, they own the infrastructure to distribute their product (wireless, owning ISP, directv, uverse, telecommunications) AND everyone else's product. Disney isn't an ISP or cable provider so they still "need" their competitors to get their product out.

I expect some funny business going down.
