There is however a specific group of black women that prides itself on the messaging in them tweets. They call black men "nakkers" and vehemently say that black women should abort black boys

All i can say is, day to day i virtually never deal with outright racism at all from cacs, let alone on the level of vitriol of what's online, and I know yall don't either. I'm sure that most reasonable folks understand that white supremacy, racist and hateful cacs reign supreme at the top of opposition black folk have to contend with. Ergo "black women are the main source of online goofy bullshyt" makes no sense, even though you tried to reframe it in that manner so you could run the defence you're running "get offline, don't worry about these black women, there are more cacs doing it!!"
Doesn't change that there's a specific demographic moving in the manner they are in those tweets - publicly, and increasingly loud, and growing in numbers - one which black men are likely to be in community with, hence "do a deep dive before you procreate. can't have these women be mothers to your sons".
Divestor and adjacent black women and their messaging are - I'm afraid - a rapidly growing threat for black people in general, but specifically and primarily so to black men and boys
