Sorry to hear that breh. Market is crazy tough in the UK at the moment. I'm fortunate my job are still ok with 1 day a week in the office otherwise it would be tough for me to get in 5 days a week. I would need close to 50% increase to go back to the office full-time tbh.

we downsized to a smaller office space so there's no way they could ever demand everyone come back to the new space
a rare W for my employer, one of the few times they've done something smart in the past decade
We are hybrid which is enough for me.
I pray we never go back to full time.

I would just like to reiterate. My office got closed up and main European head office is in Amsterdam.
The Americans had to go back 4 days a week, it was announced in a global call with main office and executive leaders
they used the word ‘collaboration’ between teams and staff
I need y’all to be physically at work so I can take weekday trips and stay in hotels at a fraction of the costs.
