I don’t know if this has been asked already as I haven’t read the entire thread but won’t online pirating affect them in a huge way? I mean Netflix shows are put on pirate sites the same day they are on Netflix.

No HBO max in Europe means I’ll get these movies some other way.
I would gladly pay for HBO max if it was available but until they fix the legal BS I’m gonna be on my BS

Of course but no one likes losing money on movies. Especially for a long time. Even if it’s beneficial to the brand. Especially a company that much in debt
not just actors I’m talking about tho either. Like someone said in here, unless they plan on outsourcing CG and other facets of movie making, they’re going to need to figure out how to make a movie like Wonder Woman for the same price while still making enough to be in the black. Cutting corners won’t help and none of these cats are roger corman, so they can’t make movies cheaply and at that speed.
Actors and behind the scenes people, unlike rappers, are in unions. So it’s a different ballgame there as well. And they’ve got no problem going on strike forcing studios to play ball on their terms. Meaning those costs come back to us.
As much as this is dope as hell, I hope it's 9nly temporary. I love me a good matinee
