It's so warm in the D....I'm confused, why no thread about Detroit having the lowest homicide rate in 60 years?

I miss Ann arbor, and I miss fun nights in Detroit, but the weather is a non starter for me. I been in Seattle since 09 and got west coast blood now...that ice is for the birds.

And I'm a CITY guy, I could only live downtown Detroit or go the college town route in a² now. I could probably only do Chicago or downtown Detroit in the entire Midwest if I were to move back.

I moved for work and a promotion at the time.

I feel the same on winter. Sucks being stuck in the house and cold. Looking to move out west soon myself.

I own 3 houses (all without mortgages) and I never had a job until recently (got tired of paying for medical out of pocket). Anybody here can make money.
