Instead of 'reacting' to what happens, we can 'proactively' educate/enlighten/empower ourselves. The Law isn't on the side of those who break it. I have NO warrants/fines/etc. If you have none, then you have no problem with the police. If they have no reason to arrest/detain you, they cannot force you to get yourself into the system unless you have no self-control or situational awareness.

Be smart.
