I read an article from historians just recently about how White supremacists love to pick over ancient Greek and Roman history to somehow prove their White supremacy.
The article was about how they have a false and romanticized view of ancient Rome and Greece.
That once they study the facts a little bit closer and indepth they get angry because they discover the white man is a marauding fraud whom without conquest of other lands and peoples would have nothing.
The truth hits them hard and some become violent at the discovery that more advanced societies not only existed but predated the Europeans by 1000s of years.
