What WE (assuming you grew up during the 90s or early 2000s) used to get was a whole era of wrestling that wasn't just "chinlocks and atomic drops" but also wasn't just superkick spam, flips, and constant diving to the outside.

Bro, if we're being real what we got in the 90s and early 2000s was a bunch of matches with punches, stomps and gimmicky over exagverated moves like the people's elbow and the worm. Also if we're gonna get technical about what "wrestling" is, it wouldn't be atomic drops, power bombs, pile drivers as all those things would be banned in real wrestling. Moves and styles always evolve
