I watched this live on PPV with my brother. WM13 will always have a soft spot in my heart because this was my first ever Wrestlemania I watched.

And the Submission Match between Bret and Austin was special because there was a double turn and this is really where the Stone Cold Steve Austin era began and the Bret Hart era was slowly ending even though Bret had a awesome run as the heel foreigner in '97.
