Hired an offensive coordinator before hiring a head coach
Gave up first round picks twice for a wide receiver
2 playoff wins in this time span
Terrible drafts
Quincy carter as the starting quarterback
Hired terrible coaches to coach this team

He is not only a problem.
He's THE problem and has been since 1996. This has been a mediocre franchise for 17 years and he's been the GM for all of those years. Anybody else would be fired for that resume and he knows that. Shyt he's admitted it.

Why would any respectable coach want to go to dallas when our owner is our GM? Let me say this again we have great skill players but you just can't win with that. This is why I was unsure about the drafting of Claiborne, when we need help on the O-Line or D-Line.

I didn't believe the Claiborne hype coming out of college. I felt a lot of those LSU DB's look good off their D-Line/LB pressure on other teams QB's.

as someone else pointed out, we have talent at skill positions only. our oline/dline depth is beyond bad. Mackenzy Bernadeau would not even be able to rot on another teams bench

It's a shame Cowher doesn't want the Cowboys job. He'd be the perfect guy to give the GM/coach role to and get good results out of it.
