a big reason I say Conway is the closest we've gotten to Biggie are the crossover attempt songs. he's still tweaking the formula but I think he could have a mainstream hit if he really wants it and gets the right production. hell he could do a project produced by Juicy J and gain a whole bunch of southern fans
