It's not sad at all. You only live once, looking youthful has its benefits.

I understand it's important to stay healthy and physically fit while you age. It improves your quality of life as you get older while also extending your life expectancy. But I'm not about to be dodging the sun, getting fillers and botox, or dyeing my grays just so that I don't look the age that I am. I'm not a news anchor or an actor, that's just not worth the time and effort for me.

i have the amazing effect of being able to straddle both sides of the aging look; if i let all my hair grow, i look older than i am. but, if i cut all my hair, i take away 8 or so years

I might be in the minority with this: I think that most of these skincare products and makeup cause more damage so companies can make more money

:manny: Keep it simple, black soap, witch hazel, and an spf moisturizer

Edit: at night a cocoa butter stick, chapstick, or Vaseline for eyes and lips

Yeah, that Cheers cast looks crazy old, I didn't realize they were supposed to be in their 30s

And I do think there's something to millennials looking younger. It does seem like we look different than people in their 30s used to.
