Everytime some breh asks for advice on getting women, the first response is "get in the gym". Unless you're overweight, skinny fat or just flat out scrawny, the gym won't improve your social skills. To top it off, how would girls know if you lift or not?

If you live a seasonal city, the only time you get to show off is in the spring/summer time but even then it's still meh because how would you show off? Rocking smedium shirts? :mjlol:

If you live in a coastal beach city, chances are everyone around you lifts to look good on the beach so you won't stand out much. If you check out bb.com, you'll see lames who have reached their goals but still can't get laid. This all comes from the notion that lifting=women rather than personalty/humor/hobbies=women.

And to top it off, if women loved muscles so much then how come the average dude ain't big? :jbhmm:
I see average looking dudes with broads everyday.

Being in the gym isn't necessarily about size, it's also about confidence.

Healthy joints, powerful legs, and a strong back will also help your posture in ways you don't realize yet. Women subconsciously look at posture more than you realize.

In addition, filling out your clothes is just nice. Also not dying of heart disease... that's a good thing too.

Just like big ass and t*ts improve a woman's chance of being approached...

Strong arms and chest improve a man's...

Notice I said improve, of course there's more, but being in shape gets your foot in the door. You then have to seal the deal, but it helps.

You sound kinda bitter about it. Bodybuilder took your bytch at the club lastnight?

Going to the gym isn't just about looking good. Its about feeling good too. You're accomplishing goals and building confidence.

Getting fit and losing weight actually can make a difference. Not only in how you feel about yourself, but in your facial aesthetics. This pertains more so to losing weight, but I don't think many people realize how big of a difference shedding 15 - 20 pounds can make when it comes to making you more attractive facially. Obviously, if you're busted, you're busted, but if you're even halfway average but overweight or skinny fat, shedding the excess bloat can give you an extra 2 or 3 points -- if not more. I've seen people legit transform on some Dragonball Z shyt after losing 20 pounds. A lot of people are a lot more attractive than they realize and many will never realize it because they refuse to slim down.
