the reason "go to the gym" is doled out so often as advice is because the type of person who asks for advice in the first place is the type of person who could use the confidence boost (from physique and mental state) that going to the gym can bring

That's why I always say, a person's motivation for going to the gym to get in shape should never be to impress others, but rather a journey of taking control of their life by engaging in a healthy lifestyle. Access to more women is simply a byproduct of being fit. But a mindset is solely focused on impressing women instead of developing one's self, will almost always lead to no where. Because what happens when they finally do get laid, they'll come a point where they realize shyt isnt all it's cracked up to be...

Thus why you see a lot of sexually frustrated cats on BB forums...

Honestly every time I'm at the gym I see guys that look way larger than me. I'm muscular but still look (and feel) lean and not too bulky.
