I will say this I don’t usually lift for women but it definately helps. I went to an african event on the weekend and had women straight approach me saying I don’t normally do this but you really good looking. Also had another chick sit down right beside me in a corner where I was dancing and tellin me it’s a crime for me to dance bymyself and that if I wanted trouble I could get it. Now I wouldn’t say I’m an ugly dude but lifting definately presents opportunities I wasn’t gettin before.

Don't get me wrong being in shape may help you attract more women, but if you have a shyt personality it's all moot. You'd be surprised how many single in shape dudes there out there some of course by choice, some not so much.

Nowhere in this world does height become before muscle. Yes, men are taller than women but no woman can ever be muscular as a man naturally. Thus muscles are much more important than height. Muscle is a sign of sexual dimorphism while height isn't. Only online is height overrated and muscles downplayed. Muscles have a wow factor; height doesn't.
I went to school and worked with tall ass nikkas who couldn't get play. I worked with a 6'5 nikka who couldn't sniff p*ssy. Handsome gang is second only to money.
Muscles aren't that important to women bruh. They like the Trey Songz type bodies anyway. Dudes usually like big muscles.

All of those things are whatever, height is where it’s at, IMO at least. It’s not a deal breaker, but it certainly adds some points. It’s the male equivalent of a nice rack.
