I saw some potential back in 2019 with him but to be honest I was skeptical as well because I didn't think he was that impressive in Japan and I was concerned he was just gonna be a guy that the Elite guys wanted to push because of their friendship.
I was wrong. He's gotten better... and better.... and better..... over the years. He's had the best stories, he's been the best character, he's the main character and all his matches deliver. He's a true superstar talent and this is all well deserved.

Did he get way better or simmering? That title run a few years ago was pure garbage.
