Has anyone felt like this before? Sometimes I can be upbeat, then the next I can feel down. How do you stop from feeling that way?
When my mother had her stroke I just went downhill in happiness. Plus, I'm not doing what I want to in life. My goal is to go back to college for Nursing & Theatre arts and do pubic speaking.That could be stress related, has anything changed in your life in anyway?
It could be depression. I get like that sometimes when I'm super stressed out.

Thanks and yeah I'm just gonna start jotting my thoughts down on paper. Crazy part is I feel like this almost everyday.I suggest that you get more vitamin D, go outside, bike/walk or find a therapist to talk to thru this. Keep your mind occupied.
Today, you should lay out your 5 year plan, sometimes to see your goals on paper eases the anxiety/stress

I told my parents I've thought about going to see a therapist.i love @thirdeye responses
also dont be afraid to seek professional help. No shame in that at all
sometimes it just helps to let everything out in front of someone or anyone
who wont be judgemental
