I overheard the black janitor say this to a black manager :ohhh:

Long story short do you feel like a black man should go out of his way to show other races that we are not all the same or at least we are not the stereotypes that we are portrayed as in movies and music? :patrice:

Man fukk that. Do you, live your life and don't be changing for nobody because you don't owe them shyt. If they wanna be scared let em.

Same goes for people who tell you to be the better man whenever racist gets you angry n shyt. fukk that, be angry.

This reminds me back like 7-8 years ago when I was going into Target....this fat cac woman who said she was a teacher thanked me. I was like huh...she said me dressing in my dress khaki pants and button down (my job people normally wear business casual). She said I showed a different image of a stereotyped black man that's in the news and media.

She sounds suspect to be honest. It's like she was thanking you for making her feel safe because you didn't dress like your brothers on tv :mjpls:

Only black people are seen as a monolithic group where a comment like that would be said in the first place , mainly due to media propaganda. Media propaganda, the intentional demonization and criminalization of the black reputation is currently one of the most effective tactics being used against the black race. No other group of people has to fight as hard as blacks to overcome stereotypes shown of themselves via media.

Fukk what other groups think, these stereotypes MAINLY affects how blacks view and treat other black people, but that's for another thread.:sas2:

Keep thinking its "just entertainment". Lol

BREAKING: Media Propaganda Is the "Glue" That Holds White Supremacy Together

It was at a Target in front of other people and a security guard was near door so it wasn't about safety. I think she and her family have negative views of blacks and black men but seeing me as a young man at that time was different for her. She did say something to the likes of she used to seeing black males in urban clothes and jeans sagging and shyt. My pants were pulled up. Its just stereotypes...I didn't take it seriously but some blacks would have.

I could've gotten a lil perturbed with the cac bytch but I didn't because I thought about the media and news and I know that black men sometimes aren't shown as professional.
Wow
The Betrayal of black men in mainstream culture is so bad that are random women thanked you for dressing up it's fukking ridiculous

While you should always aspire to not be a drain on society and just a useless person, the idea that racists will stop being racists because they have an individual "positive" reaction is faulty. Its a game you'll never win.

Here is why: Because their basic way of thinking that leads them to be racist in the first place is fukked up. They can't operate on the idea you're an individual.

If you're a "good negro", then they use you to modify their view on the whole race under this theory.

However it easily falls apart because just as much as they can let their view of you shift their whole perspective, you have no control over some other guy who happens to share your skin color who will eventually rub them the wrong way and they'll just slip back into their natural state.

You're fighting a losing battle. IF you want to be a good employee, citizen, or whatever, do it for yourself and say fukk these cacs regardless.

So me as an individual black man has to take on the impossible task of convincing others that millions of black people aren't alike? All so they can call me a credit to the race:mjpls:
