What's better than iTunes?

Or are we talking just iTunes-iPhone integration, cuz I don't have an iPod, but as far as music management, I haven't found a better program. I'd be open to one.

Try mediamonkey. I haven't really updated it since I reinstalled my OS so all I have is my sister's music right now but it's way more customizable and better as a media player, in my opinion, than iTunes. For Windows anyway. I have a feeling it's much better on OSX

iTunes will never touch my PC. All the hoops you have to jump through just to transfer files is a joke.

Before I streamed my music to my sound system, I would always download music to my phone and then put it on my PS3. So easy to do with an Android phone. And if I had music on my PS3 that I wanted to transfer to my phone I could do the same. If I go over my parent's house and want to give my brother some of the stuff I'm listening too, can do it easily.

All of that is dumb as hell on iOS

:beli:

And when I did solely use my iPod I set up a massive playlist for the gym, one for sex etc, for some reason during the sync it wiped it out and just got lost.

:wtf:

Just grabbed a 64GB card and threw it in my phone, I'm done with that bullshyt now.

i go on iTunes and edit the start and stop times of my songs to cut out the skits in the songs. it manages my smart playlist also. its also nice to go to the gym and dock my iPod in the equipment and control my music through the gym equipment instead of having to stop and pick up the iPod. lastly it syncs with my Nike+ shoes and my Fitbit Flex.

for me the iPod has certain advantages like that that i like having but i got tired of two devices so i switched to the iPhone. of course having bought a 5 i had to get a lightning to 30 pin connector but now i can do all those things easy. also i kept losing my iPod Touches. i've lost 3 iPod Touches and had to replace them at work so when i lost the third i was like eff this i'm gonna get a iPhone. i've never lost my cellphone.

honestly i'm not a huge fan of the iPhone but the fact that no Androids sync with an iPod touch and only the Galaxy S3 syncs with my Fitbit Flex and they can't use the gym docks holds me back.

It can do sooo much more if you toy around with it a bit. I don't have an ipod or anything but when I messed around with a few of them, I noticed the naming was weird as shyt.

itunes only made sense back when the ipod was the only device that played music, if you have multiple devices you want music on then itunes is a nightmare
