If the Saiyan's can send ships to different planets with babies in them, Vegeta could have sent Nappa to one of the planets Frieza took over.

Yea, he was not doing that. Nappa failed, and that is the consequences of failing he was taught. He changed over time, but when he first arrived, that was the paradigm he was on.

Show me an example of one healing a broken back, without the use of a sensu bean, healing chamber, or Dende. Without those, they heal at the same rate as humans whom are trained in the use of ki. None of them are coming back from a broken back without magic of some sort.

Frieza decided to wipe out the Saiyans because it was discovered that they get stronger after near death experiences. Saiyans heal faster and get more powerful after every battle they survive. Nappa was killed only because Vegeta got embarrassed

Vegeta does not have a crabs in the barrel mentality when it comes to other Sayians. In fact, he wants his people to be as powerful as possible, and does not accept them being less than they can be. His main claim is he is being the prince of the most powerful race in existence, and he really means that. His actions have shown it over and over again.

Also, Vegeta is willing to kill. Superman is not. Even when the threat is an existential threat to existence itself, Superman will seek a way to stop it without the killing blow. So in that regard, Goku and Superman are more alike. Still, even Goku will kill if it is the only way to stop something catastropic from happening.
