I'd check your C: (that's most likely the system root) then navigate to the file there. Make sure the hidden files and folders is turned off so you can see everything.
You might need to enable firewall logging also if it's not already enabled

Breh, call your ISP and just tell them your internet doesn't work...leave all the DDOS stuff out of it, just tell them your shyt isn't working and what the problem is and have them send a tech out to take a look at it
