For the past few years I’ve actively trained my body and mind to track the stages of being awake to sleeping enabling me to enter my dream world consciously. Last night I faced some bad lingering energy and confronted it, and successfully made it retreat.

It’s was so unnerving to be in this state and watch how my brain interacts with itself as I travel deeper into its hidden activity and the unknown (spirit) world but then I awake with understanding and a new power of awareness.

Does anyone else invest time learning your dream state? or do you just go along for the ride and forget?

I used to be into lucid dreaming but I’d get too excited and wake up. Usually stuck on the early stages like slow sluggish movement and some dream character harassing me causing my wake up.

Few weeks ago I had some dream I slid on my knees to get some gun quickly and was shooting foes. Realized I was in a dream and woke up.

I came to the conclusion if I could do this more often, video games would be obsolete because that was fun af. I’m not going through all the hassles again.

It took me about 4 years to become relaxed enough to allow the dream to play out while viewing within it. Now I am able to make some adjustments to what’s happening and Consciously have internal dialogue that dictates events. As well as making a choice to exit the dream and wake up.

Last night I had a dreaded dream loop that ended in a kind of sleep paralysis, I made myself laugh out loud, I know this because I was in the mid awake stage and I felt the vibration of my body. If I could make like a attack on titan sequence in my dream I would feel fulfilled.

Sometimes I try to summon a galactus type figure to break the dream plane but visually I don’t think my brain can compute

Sleep paralysis a good thing. That’s when you can lift out your body. Lucid dreaming and out of body experiences similar in nature but are completely different things

On any given night I can experience all 3, sometimes they tie into sequences. It all depends on my day to day activities and how I fall asleep

How would a beginner do this?

Keep in mind this is a 4 year side project I’ve been working on...

1st get in tune with being able to meditate that will help connect your mind to your body and build a relationship with the unknown aspect.

One tip that helped me a lot was:

When your about to fall asleep usually your brain sends signals to check if your body is ready for example the itch or fuzzy feeling on your nose. When you feel that don’t react to it don’t itch it or move just continue to watch your self go deeper into sleep

I also listen to binaurals and other sleep aids like rain to drift into sleep. It’s hard to explain it allows me to keep one piece of my mind active and tracking while I let my body go to sleep.

last night I was listening to a monk “OM” freq meditation video that I am familiar with I believe that allowed me to enter a dark part of my conscious. No headphones just had the phone just behind my head next to me on a mid to low volume.

different binaurals do different things you have to experiment. Warning though i would use one binaural for a couple of days until I’m used to it. when I was successful I was at the will of my mind so be ready for what may come.

now I can use podcast, speeches etc. just about any video that doesn’t keep my mind restless. To get in this state you don’t necessarily have to use binaurals (they work the best because they are relaxing) you just want to have a activity for tracking the stages and be comfortable enough to go to sleep and trick your mind.

also have the intention in mind as you lay down.

As for when your in the dream you have to build it like weight training .You have to strengthen your dream self to understand what’s going on because there is something like in that movie eagle eye or the robots from the matrix that’s gonna try to separate you when it realizes your really there. I usually just observe, sometimes I step in and try to change things and sometimes I know the decisions that’s playing out like in real life. It’s really cool tbh

I don’t know much about lucid dreaming but I’ve always been able to do this as a kid. Like if I’m having a bad dream and maybe something tragic happens, I’m able to rewind events and play the scenario out a different way so it doesn’t end bad or tragically. I can even allow myself to take on superpowers i.e fly, apparate, and other shyt that allows me to take over the dream because I’m aware that I’m dreaming. Been doing this since I was a kid.

Sleep is the cousin of death
I have healed from trauma through entering my dreams. If you end up in a dark realm you better be strong enough to call on The Higher Power in that moment to protect you and banish that energy from your spirit

That sounds wild I’ve heard people tell
about super power experiences , rewinding sound interesting too. I find it interesting how people can interact in the dreams differently. The other night I was in “my first wrestling match” it was a training sequence expect when I got slammed I slowly floated down to the mat even though I wanted to land hard.
