I've been taking Xanax to sleep. Should I stop?

I blacked out and had no recollection of what happened.

How much you taking? 2 weeks probably isn't enough to become really dependent, especially if you're taking them how you say you are. But you might still see some withdraw effects, try tapering off

I take 1 mg right before bed

I wouldn't take it if you're drinking

Starting off with 1mg is kind of high, after about 2 weeks you might start building a tolerance

I don't think you'll have a hard time stopping, just be ready to not sleep at all, try some benadryl or something, generic works just the same

For the last month or so my ears have been ringing and the only way I can get to sleep is Xanax. So the past few weeks I've been taking some my brother gave to me

But then I read some of the side effects and got scared as hell. But I don't have an addictive personality I'm using them strictly to sleep.

Should I stop or have any of you takin them on the regular basis and not gotten side effects?

The few sleeping pills I tried over the counter just made me feel worse otherwise I'd take them. What sleeping pills so done if you take that make you fall out right away?

how are you dream? and the people in your household are you getting weird dreams.

I hear that those take xan can cause others to get weird dream just from gazing at them at weird angle.
