I started a few weeks ago after finishing snowfall. I always heard folks talk about da show but Ian wanna watch no old ass show. I’m on season 5 now and got damn i shoulda started watching dis sooner

After this I might watch dat show Dexter

OMAR the goat character ever. The fact that they made him gay and nobody cares is the blueprint on how they should do the majority of gay characters imo. Don't overtly make it the character is gay and pushing it down ppls throats and making it the main focus of the character. Make it that hes a fukn badass and oh by the way hes gay

I saw a lot of folks on Reddit saying season 2 was bad beforehand. My homegirl said she aint even watch it. I ain’t like all da white folks in dat shyt but it’s The Wire so I watched every episode. It was interesting

Season 2 is nikka kryptonite.

Season 2 is good but it’s very “white” with the port and FBI storylines . I enjoyed it though. It also tees up the rest of the series.

Season 1, 3, 4, 2, 5 in that order for me.

Szn 2 wasn't bad. Just wasn't too many blacks in it. But it's definitely necessary for all they show. The season with Baltimore City School Students was the best city. I used to tutor in Baltimore and they got it bad.
