i honestly dont understand whats more simpler and convenient than a computer that plays games with better graphics and speed than normal consoles. no clue what that other sentence means. but best wishes to you friend.
Assuming you're talking about assembling your own rig, the average gamer might not have the required knowledge necessary to do so. Acquiring said knowledge takes time.

Whats not true?

That most people buy PCs do to other things more than gaming?

That most people buy consoles to play videogames?

Please feel free elaborate sir...
well recently the gaming pc community is growing exponentially so i would have to see some statistics for your assumption friend. also by judging the recent "next gen" gaming consoles that are based around media and not so much of gaming (except the ps4 sort of) id have to disagree. but i respect your opinion. best wishes.

No offense but you're speaking from a place of ignorance. I game on steam and consoles, and its 100% more convenient and enjoyable to run your living room entertainment through a console than a PC. There's really no debate.
i disagree. maybe its up to how lazy (no offense) the user is. i find that my pc is very versatile to fit my relaxation. but i respect your wild assumption, best wishes to you.

I'm making "wild assumptions" because I have experience with both.

But you only game on PC and are making statements about what consoles can/can't do?:mindblown:

Yeah I'm done here.

its literally like piecing legos together. plus you can just buy a pre-built. best wishes to you.

most people don't want to be constantly upgrading, which most people assume is required to keep playing the latest and greatest pc. my less than 1 year old pc has trouble playing civ 5 once i get to the modern age, can't imagine the struggle to play real games.

and if you're just going to play console ports, why not just play on a console with the ability to play online with your friends? plus you know your console will play AAA games for the next decade.

Believe it or not, the thought of even searching for parts and then assembling them is enough to make the average person cringe. We could really go about this all day, but the fact remains that for many people it is way easier to buy a console rather than having to maintain a PC. Buy a console, set it up, play the game. It's simple. Console doesn't work by chance? Return to store and get another. PC means dealing with RMAs, upgrading parts, and other forms of maintenance that seem unnecessary for most people.

i respect you other assumption about me onky playing gaming pcs. best wishes to you.

:dwillhuh:

but i dont understand why do people buy very expensive gaming consoles when they could just buy a gaming pc. majority of steam games are better than console games anyway. best wishes to you.

But you'd recommend a PS4 :ohhh:

get a gaming pc or a ps4.

So you're a Sony Stan parading as a PC gamer when its convenient:sas1:

@Liquid started out that way and we see where he's at now:sas2:
