Everything in moderation. Smoking all day every day isn’t it OP.
raw doggin reality feels like the new weed after you've done it long enough

This quote hit home man lol. The first few days it definitely feels like this. The biggest benefit I’ve seen when I’ve take some days off is the clarity from waking up with a fresh mind in the morning.

how long you've stopped for? I swear every time I stop I don't really notice a difference, or if I do it feels like placebo. Every time I start back smoking again its always cause I felt like there wasn't a big difference anyway.

Yeah, I usually smoke in cycles. Once I get used to being high all the time it gets boring, so I'll progressively smoke more and more if that's what I'm on... until I find myself smoking about a quarter or more a week, and at that point I'm high all the damn time, so it starts to feel normal. Get bored with being high all the time, so I'll stop for a couple months and then back to it.

That clarity and sharpness definitely hits different. Also, my ability to articulate increases by like 10-15 percent. Once you get over that initial angst of not smoking those first few days, shyt be smooth sailing. Then when you go back to smoking you can reset the cycle again. Take it slower, more moderate, unless you wanna chief, and in that case burn out quicker. That's how I do it, at least.

Been smoking for 10+ years and I can count on both hands how many times I’ve taken a break longer than three days. I do take a couple days off here and there often and limit my sessions to night now. I’m smoking 90% of the time through a bong.

Anytime I take a day off I’m waking up with my bed sheets drenched and I have the most vivid of dreams. As I mentioned my mornings are so much more refreshing typically but I think that’s because your getting more REM sleep and you don’t have as much THC creating brain fog.

Anybody who says you don’t have withdrawals is absolutely lying hence my sheets being drenched. The thing is that it’s very minimal in my opinion when it comes to withdrawal symptoms and I recognize the beauty of having a sober mind. With that being said, I live a very active lifestyle by running about two miles a day, gym 4-5 times a week, and I will NOT get high during the day or at work unless I’m off during the weekend. The days of being loaded ALL DAY and a shell of myself do me no good and I have a leadership position at work so I save all my smoking at night once my day is over to reward myself.

Everything in moderation.

nikka what :dwillhuh: :mjlol: you can't force your experiences to be everyone else's experiences. I've been smoking off and on since I was 12, I'm 31 now, but like I said I have taken years off several times without any withdrawals or sweats n shyt lol. To be fair though, I'm certain you've consumed more in your 10 years than I have in my 19, so that could play a part. I've never gotten to a quarter a week, most I've smoked consistently is maybe an eighth every 5 days and thats at my worst.

I 100% agree though that moderation is key, just like with everything else.

Been smoking since the 6th grade, I just realized all my life decisions involve whether or not I’ll be able to smoke or not like when iit comes to jobs and shyt

I smoked a half zip of dispensary bud in two days and I had a revelation, I used to be fresh, dress nice, cologne game, 360 wave, etc
I just realized all my friendships since the 6th grade have revolved around weed, i don’t even like these nikkas anymore.

Now my lips black,my clothes got burn holes in ‘em, I keep falling a victim to the munchies
I know I could smoke moderately but I’m an all or nothing guy with an addictive personality

TLDR: I’m tired of being a stoner :francis:
i feel you. I quit smoking weed for like 15 years. Started back up again last year though, but i'm in situation now where it's not detrimental to my future, so it's all good. never experienced withdrawal systems though and i smoked everyday all day for about 10 years before that hiatus, so i'm not sure what @ConPHIdential is talking about.

Yeah, relatively speaking I guess you're right lol. I forget how much nikkas like to over do shyt. I remember being in highschool and "hotboxin" was big ( don't know if the kids doing it today still). It'd be like four of us and I'd always tap out after like the 3rd blunt. Everybody always shytted on me laughing n shyt talmbout "tf u mean you good nikka we still got 3 left :dahell: " but I ain't give a damn fukk y'all I'm high!!

So yeah if y'all out here smoking like it's an Olympic event then I'd suspect there would be complications from stopping.

Post hit clarity. When the weed doesn't really hit you anymore. It's like chasing a high just to feel a buzz.

I was a late bloomer to the herb. Started at 17 around senior year in High School. Already had clout weed just brought out my chillness. A lot of fun during this era.

I won't lie a lot of my relationships surrounding around weed didn't/doesn't last long. It felt more like a business transaction. I enjoy weed but not as the main activity.

The quote "The herb reveals the true you to you" Cannabis can be very introspective. It makes you evaluate your life. Not as much as Mushrooms or other psychedelics. It's up there though.

Weed is far more effective in edible form. Smoking in general isn't healthy nor from the best way of intake. Plus it doesn't last long and the burnout is a dead-end to your energy levels.

Weed can be addictive due to dopamine. Take a break and have other hobbies/recreational activities to put your mind on. Start traveling to places you never been. Start doing hobbies you never done.

Your health? Increase more Omega 3 in your system. It's vital for our endocannabinoid system (CBD, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, and the Endocannabinoid System)

Increase more Vitamin B complex. Increase more energy. We become more alert, present and energetic.

I still partake but not as much.
