Sound Reasoning
I'll be 30 this year and one thing I can definitely say is that time goes by faster as you get older. As the old saying goes, "the world spins faster each year." And that's the truth...especially after your mid-20s.

2014 was a blur and 2015 is already coming close to the end of Q1. I feel like the summer will be here before I'm ready this year and the holidays will be upon me all too soon.

But I'm also extremely optimistic about 30 and beyond. If anything, I think I will be hitting my stride financially and business wise. 2015 will be the year where I create the income streams that allow me to one day, in the near future, leave the corporate world behind. If anything, being close to 30 has inspired me to action. To do what is necessary to make my dreams come true for the rest of my life. No time for proscrastination or excuses.

I feel more inspired now than ever to make moves. Because I feel 30 is turning point. At 30, there are no more excuses for not being an adult. In your 20s, you can bullsh#t, live with mommy, complain about the job market, make excuses for why you can't start the business. But when you're a 30 year old, people start giving you labels for those inadequecies.

Instead of complaining about getting older, people need to appreciate the time they've had on this Earth and make the most of out each day, month and year. The alternative is being six feet under, pushing up daisies.

As the wise saying goes, "It's not the number of years you live but the amount of life you have in the years."

Peace

If you think about it, we have 52 weeks in a year, and only the weekends to ourselves. and a quarter to half of those are for other obligations, family stuff, or errands. so when you look at it all we have is like 50-60 days a year to ourselves :sadcam:
And that doesnt even apply to the retail cats
:damn:

Im turning 30 this year and it feels like a blur.

I look at my niece and she's turning 6 this year I remember when she was just born and I was holding her in the hospital just felt like yesterday

I remember EXACTLY what I was doing when my niece was born and what I was reading. She's already 5. We're half way through the decade :what:

I would. Financially I feel like I've made it in life and so has my friends.

I'm married with kids and while I miss all the bashments and fetes I used to go to, I'm not insecure and I know exactly who I am in this life. Something a lot of the younger heads who say we're :flabbynsick:can only hope for

Praise God, give him thanks, and enjoy your life. Before you know it it's gonna be over

:salute:

That's where I'm trying to reach.

By live life I don't even mean partying and shyt like that. I'm talking about the kind of things you mentioned and leaving a legacy.

Working at a steel mill aint even that bad tho...hell those jobs barely even exist anymore. I know a bunch of old heads that retired from steel mills and are satisfied :yeshrug:. In 20 years ull have dudes retiring from McDonalds And Wal Mart. Now thats depressing :sadcam:
