I know you'll tell me nah, I'm 210 lean 6'6" and dead lift 400 clean, but unfortunately I know what's realistic in the real world and it won't be true

But dog you're gonna die from iron and b-12 deficiency while looking like a noodle.

That said, eat meat but just be a grocery shopper...you'll regret it later OP..I cook swordfish, steak, and chicken and Tupperware that shyt so it easy...don't waste all that money on under educated fools handling your food..you never know when one of em might be having a bad day
no, i dont weighh 150:francis:, im a girl and presently pleasantly plump, but i think ill be back down to the 140-150 range by next year, i stayed around that when i was vegetarian last time.
and i know about the b12 and iron defeciency, i had serious anemia before, so im only eating vegan 90% of the time. i will definetly have a few eggs and sardines during the week. its more of a plant based diet by volume, and im lactose intolerant. im not militant ethical vegan, ive just gone back to not really liking meat, i like the flavoring of it, but not the mouth feel i guess.

I study Public Health in school, intend on eventually becoming a Health Educator (decent pay, interesting wok). Problem is, I don't live healthy currently. Just don't believe in all of this, and often don't give a fukk. That may change by time I graduate and find a nice work environment. Bored at school, and volunteer I do.

Just been in a dark mind frame this past semester. Shyt happens, u gonna die before your time despite your efforts is my thing. My sister died at 22 from cancer, never drank, smoke, or even had sex (she died a virgin).I may need a therapist to move on from my cynism and "fukk it" attitude. My mother had cancer, a stroke, and hyperthyroidism and she lived rather healthy.

God and genes overtake any of your efforts.

I already know a lot of brehs on here are going to start saying all kinds of bull shyt on how they've been drinking water forever and their skin is blah blah blah :stopitslime:

There's nothing healthy about being vegan and a lot of them are hungry and depressed :smh: I don't eat all garbage tho (I love fruit) but I don't lie to myself either

I try to eat well. Lots of fruits and veggies. I want to go Vegan for ethical purposes but can't put down the meat (pause).

I have cut down on the swine though which in my family is a big feat.

I lost like 10lbs cutting out carbs, but I'm slowly integrating them back in. Just trying not to OD and binge on food the way I used to.

Only drink water and coconut water. Try to stick to coconut oil as well.

I do have problems shytting though sometimes I won't be able to go for two days.

Stopped smoking. Stopped drinking.

I fukk my girl, but I still beat my meat. Can't pornstar pound it cause I still like with the folks and it would be disrespectful of me to have them hearing all that.

I try to exercise regularly but even then I am kinda lazy. I was always fat and weak so it kinda made me not want to do things. I'm changing but it's not enough.

Any advice?

Trying to eat completely clean and healthy is damn near impossible, you can find something wrong with damn near everything. The best thing to remember is moderation and sleep.

I've eaten whatever I wanted the whole year, a few days before my annual physical, I kept it relatively healthy and got great results from my doctor.

Cut out soda, reduce your fried foods I take, and drink water through out the day and before you go to sleep. You will be fine.

Its not easy getting motivated to workout when so many other areas of your life are in the toilet too. Juggling a lot of stuff and can only fix so many things at once. Keep procrastinating until its too late. Hopefully we can all get healthier this year.

That's what bad health, nutrition, and sexual habits are, but scaled for like 30 years instead of 30 minutes. All the bad practices will have a sudden damn-near-overnight effect on your appearance, and you'll be in a mad rush to reverse fukkery that's been simmering for 3 decades with no breaks. That's why alot of our people are dying of cancer, on dialysis, heart attacks, spinal problems, et cetera. Love yourself fam. So you can be on this board 15 years from now with the rest of the coli brehs and brehettes like :smugdraper: instead of :mjcry:


You're right about the packaging shyt though. I want a farm eventually. Sooner rather than later...

You can get more than enough iron from beans and broccoli. Nuritional yeast covers the b-12 and b vitamin issues.

No calories and it tastes good. Pretty good alternative if you need a carbonated drink with your food.

Its okay to eat wendys, mcds, dominos, ice cream, drink soda etc and whatever else as long as you do so with moderation and if your other meals are relatively healthier. A little exercise here and there wouldnt hurt too.

I just dont understand people that have extremely healthy or unhealthy diets. Seems very tedious.

i think the nutritional yeast thing is a myth. its not that im really trying to avoid meat, if i am offered some bbq, lamb chops, mon amo gabi steak frites, or cheese pizza, im going to eat it and if i stiil like it ill keep eating it. obviously those are not thing i would eat daily or even weekly. i just dont like more common meat/seafood dishes right now.

I just don't give a fukk anymore:yeshrug: I was a vegetarian for 15 years and now I eat everything but the pig:scust:....but I eat fast food everyday drink soda everyday dont workout and get tired when I go up the stairs....I'm still not fat so fukk it:blessed:

Plus everything we eat is shyt....can't trust these companies to produce real organic, pesticide free, antibiotic free, real natural food anyway...
