It's not hard at all. Just don't eat it. You need to train yourself to view those things as poison. Research them. The companies that produce them. When I played soccer I hated food. I had to train myself to eat everyday at one point because I was so disgusted with food. Mind over matter man. I bet you played ball with an injury before. What's harder not eating something or playing a competitive sport at a high level at less than one hundred percent? How'd you do that? You just fukking did it period my nikka. Don't be a civilian bro. You trained to be a champion.

I was about to say the same thing. I can't imagine myself giving up sugar or fried foods, if it was for my health and I had to I'd do it. But outside of that.... That's like asking most people to give up on enjoying life.

Fast food and refined carbs are pretty easy once you put your mind to it, sugar can be pretty hard to cut out completely.

What type of car you drive my nikka? I'm only 6'3 and I have to slide my seat all the way back to be comfortable, I couldnt image being 6'7 and driving a regular sedan.

Congrats on not being a fat boy anymore too.

Cut out refined carbs (white rice, bread, pasta etc.)
Give up sugar
No fast food what so ever
Drink Water
Bake or grill chicken instead of frying
Eat vegetables and fruit
Go running/do exercise 3 times a week

Do that for 3 months and you'll be straight, I lost around 30 pounds doing that.
You haven't included any mental factors in the equation. It's very difficult when you're not in the right place mentally.

Sweets or sugar?

I can avoid fast food easily. Im not into sweets like that so it's not tha hard. I can work on giving up bread and pasta.
But in no way can you expect a haitian breh to give up rice. That's like .... thats like asking a white person to give up coffee :why:

I did those things about 3yrs ago when I was trying to lose weight. I was up to 210 but after all that I was down 180 in about 4mos

It's weird I think my stomach shrunk 3yrs later cause now when I over eat. I get real bad stomach pains or maybe it's just the guilt :sadcam:

Collegiate level or just pick up games?
I was playing with players who played for MLS. U20 national team players. Premiere league soccer players and collegiate level players. We were trainers in different leagues associated with clubs around the world. I was playing premiere league u24. I wasn't good enough to go pro in Mexico and Canadian soccer doesn't interest me. I wasn't in college so I couldn't play on their teams. Before I got taken out by a punk ass white boy who ended my season I was training to try out for a farm team for the MLS.

Best advice to lose weight: no matter what shape u in...Do these 3 things n u'll loose a lot quicker than doing endless tiring cardios..

1. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar before every meal 3x a day ( 1 tablespoon)

2. 20 day cleanse challenge this includes taking herbs which helps detoxify ur body, purify ur blood stream n also help u get rid of that extra weight on u. Drink 64oz of water a day while ur at it..

3. Do sprints, fukk cardio! I repeat fukk Cardio anything that's over a mile just fukk it b..U should focus on circuit training at a high pace level for a shorter rest period time.

N remember No shugar just replace that with agave or some other fruit sweeter. no bread/flower

For 20days..
