I dont know about that twitter shiit and Keke...but the name alone tells me that the Keke troll is most likely a white person.
White people are too obvious when the troll with racist accounts. They play heavily on stereotypes that are repeated in the white community. There are certain nuances that black people have in the culture that white people don't pick up...therefor they can't emulate those subtle details.

Go to the library, a good school/college, intellectual based clubs and organizations, community volunteer center, etc. I personally know a few in med school and nursing school.(The nursing school at my college is a top tier program in the US and is hard as shyt to get into.)
I've met plenty of classy black women, you just have to know where to look for them. Trust me, you won't find them in the club every weekend. They usually have quite a few white friends so if you hate CACs, you're SOL unless you are lucky enough to snag the hidden militant black chick.
My best friend is a cool ass white dude and I have no problem with white people so these girls tend to be attracted to me in general.
