deeper than rap was nice but i think i fukk with teflon don more :whew:

super high just came on :ohlawd:

I always tell people this

IMO, Teflon Don is his closest album to perfection

Just straight to the point and it's when he made his impact on the culture. Rick legit shifted the sound of mainstream Hip Hop for a few years.

like @ThreeLetterAgency always says.. He also started the whole Vlog wave. Rick Ross went from an artist to an experience.

You didn't just listen to him, you watched him.

Its like people forgot 'Trilla' exists, i thought it was great. Production was crazy for its time and it's aged really well

You have to remember he still wasn't a "good enough rappers" for heads to fukk with him when Trilla dropped.

They still viewed him as a whack, no bars, down south rapper then.

But everyone that isn't a slave to boring east coast bar rap recognizes Trilla is what started all of his momentum and where he perfected his style

God's Plan
i love teflon don up until about track 5. the second half of the album is extremely hit or miss for me. number one is wack and im a huge danja fan. mc hammer is unnecessary to me on an album w/ bmf. i kinda feel both these tracks were bit played out after albert anastasia dropped leading up to the album. i guess thats my fault though. deeper... and trilla before it were better, imo.
