When I'm going from my "9-5" to train at the gym there's dead time in between so sometimes I'll nap in the car parked with my feet kicked up out the window and on the dash because I have to stretch my legs out. My knee tendinitis kicks in when they are bent for in the uncomfortable seating arrangements most cars have for people my size
