He gave him the worst beating of an MVP ive ever seen last year. Portland were underdogs, Russ had George playing like an MVP contender and they washed them in 5 with the series winning 35fter

33PPG on 46% shooting, 48% from 3
VS
23PPG on 36% shooting, 32% from 3
:picard:

Lillard showed a social-media clip of him telling Westbrook, “Stop running from this ass whoopin’,” as Lillard grew weary of Westbrook switching off him, while Lillard continued to be Westbrook’s primary defender.

“He was doing that on jump shots,” Lillard told Yahoo Sports. “That’s not when you’re supposed to rock the baby. You rock the baby after overpowering someone in the post. He had one layup in the post on me. Look it up. I’ll live with his jump shots. He wasn’t rocking no baby on me.”
:picard:

Now in the RS meetings Russ keep chirpin but he gotta cut that out. Dame just look at him like:unimpressed: and put the clamps on him, stopping his drives, meeting him and the rim and Russ always hiding on the other end like :hubie:

Dame ended Russ OKC era, ended George there and ended Rockets playing with bigs when he torch em in Houston. This game was there for the taking and Russ choke again, 0 field goals in 2nd half

Dame just own that boy soul:to:Russ gotta stop mean mugging and talking so much and just play. He too dumb out there

Dame/Russ was just as bad if not worse. And there was no Rodman sabotaging OKC like he did to the Spurs, refusing to help or double on Hakeem like the gameplan. Robinson was seeing alot more doubles/traps too while Dame was taking Russ 1 on 1. And Dame has his soul locked in the regular season matchups now. That wasnt the case with Robinson/Hakeem.

Well Robinson was the actual MVP unlike Russ who was mvp 2 years prior and the spurs were the best team in basketball unlike the thunder who were a 6th seed

30-11-9-3-2 on 49% from the field and 37% from three

to

23-5-4-1-1 on 40% from the field and 40% from three

But doesn't count cause the unanimous MVP gets graded on a curve. :mjlol:
