I've said before he's basically the Kevin Federline of professional wrestling (HHH) - Scott Steiner

2000 Triple H is one of the greatest ever, outside of that he's basically been :ehh: to me. He does have a great mind for the business when he's not wrestling.

2000 Cripple H had great opponents..he damn sure never outshined the Rock at any point or they would of went with Cripple H vs Austin at WM 17. Once Cripple H didnt have great opponents, he fell off bad in 2003 and was replaced by 2005.

Cripple H. Daniel Bryan had a failed push? Where?

You're right, those World and US title runs he had were piff

:francis:

There's no way you can criticise Triple H for "getting injured before big pushes" (when even was this? One quad tear in 2001?) and stan a guy like Bryan who was given titles on more than one occasion and had to vacate both of them less than a month after actually winning the thing

They tried to bury Bryan big time in 2012 at WM 28..squash match waa booked for a guy who could go with Eddie, Rey, and Macho in their prime. All in a gambit to try to get Sheamus over as face. All that did was get the Yes chant over and created "Si" chants for Sheamus opponent Del Rio. Hilarious. The booking been short sighted for years.

HHH has always needed to clinch on to someone to be on.

Whether it was chyna, shawn michaels, mankind, the rock, Austin, etc

He was never really over himself. Most of the time he's only as good as who he's associated with.:yeshrug:

I agree to an extent but he had a successful career before he got with Stephanie. Would he be a WWE executive now if he would have stayed with Chyna? Nope! But he would definitely still been a main eventer.
Yeah he was good as a midcard deal in DX..right under the barrier of main event. But he wasn't a guaranteed success. Eddie was unstoppable..Undertaker was easy to push to the top...Razor should of been pushed at the top over Michaels but they didn't do it and he went on to bigger things in the Nwo. But Cripple H? Come on..they pushed him with Chyna as the champion in 99 and he was a joke. They had Vince beating him for the belt and $hit:laugh: And the fans were doing the Daniel Bryan thing with The Rock at the time to override that entire push except Rocky was having ratings go through the roof and they had to put him back in the spot since he was getting bigger ratings than the Austin/Cripple H program.
