So he never told her not to do that surgery? If he encouraged her to do it, I'd understand but if he said no, then he has to understand that it's not his fault.
Guilt doesn’t work like that fam
Regardless if you tell somebody “No”
You are still going to feel some culpability for their actions
As irrational as that sounds, it’s people I love and lost because of dumb shyt and I still blame myself 20 years later
And that’s even with psychological help
People live with guilt and regret everyday
You just don’t see it or they try their best to keep it inside so not to burden anybody
Why do you think male suicide rates are so high
Because we feel we should save everybody in our circle
No matter how bad they treat us or talk to us
If we love them, we keep trying to salvage and fix problems out of our control
