Weeknd and Frank are the most sort after singers now and they very rarely call on rappers for their own songs. In fact Weeknd has only had a couple Drake features and Frank just that one Earl feature on his two projects

Lil Jon's verse was so weird but since we were so used to his vibe at the point, it turned out more funny than off putting. Til this day, I cant take that verse serious but its still fun, especially with the "shawty" after every line.
