I knew Role Modelz would do well. Wet Dreams is the shocker to me.
I don't think Cole is unhappy with his success but he's unhappy with the industry. Cole cares about recognition for his work but the other and more dominant half of fame is lifestyle which i don't think he cares about. A couple people alluded to it already but between getting overshadowed at award ceremonies by Drake and Kendrick and seeing how shady and drama-fueled the industry is he's probably turned off and more morose than people would expect a platinum rapper to be.
Edit: For those saying Cole will release something soon that means he would have to tour again which goes against what he just said.
He will never have the fame of a pop star like Drake if he never makes hits. No pop star has been a popstar without being on a few hit songs.
Yes he is turned off by the industry, but I'm telling you that his unhappines has more to do with his personal life.
Just like he said he had an album coming in Feb (he did but changed his mind lol). I think he will release something because he was just spotted filming something last week. A big artist doesn't have to go on tour unless they want to.
