$10USD for what will likely be over 20 hours of content is good to me. Looks like the production values should be higher than a regular podcast.

Cole doesn't do alot of interviews and it also includes unreleased music as well so the content should be interesting for sure.

Great to see his mixtapes will get streaming releases at the same time. This is a dope roll out idea if he intends to go all the way up to present day and release "The Fall Off" off the back of it.

Thread will get spam by Dot stans and haters but this is content for the fans and the heads. I enjoyed the first episode. Back in 03 I was a huge fan of Fade To Black. Love seeing the behind the scenes and how the art got created. (Really wish Nas had a production team around him back in 01-02, wouldโ€™ve been amazing to see the behind the scenes of Ether and stillmatic)

I feel like this is a genius move and lets fans get to see whatโ€™s behind the curtain. Mixtapes hitting DSPs is a bonus. Cole and Ib come off as the homies you would be arguing with at the lunch table about rap. Ripping mixtapes and putting each other on dope music. Hearing their stories about college life was so relatable. Itโ€™s bittersweet because I can relate to how much these guys love this rap shyt but feel that that is whatโ€™s missing from the game these days with new artist.

Bring up shyt like Big Mike mixtapes, Joe Budden, clue tapes, even Jaehood lol. โ€œWet Dreamsโ€ being recorded during the come up era and being held on to for 7 years makes sense cause I always felt that track didnt fit the mood/sonics of 2014 FHD but went well with theme of that album.

Itโ€™s cool to hear Cole give Kanye his flowers and explain just how much he meant to the game and his career by making the blueprint and opening doors for rappers who were from the hood but not running the streets.
