I dont know if its a deep as parodying modern rappers as much as he's doing what Kendrick did on Damn and Lupe tried to do on Drogas and just making an album with contemporary elements while keeping his content, not that deep
I guess u J.cole fans Gon start using this as a crutch. When people complain about the subparness that is this album huhI swear nikkas don't get that this is the whole concept.

Same here breh. I gotta re-listen a few times tomorrow to really make my mind up on it. Don't like how nikkas be coming to conclusions on a first listen.I don't know how to feel after the first listen brehs.....Like it wasn't bad but I just feel like it flew by and ended on a dime.

Come on fam. At the very least, the rappers a lot of you/us think are trash have catchy hooks. The hooks on this album remind me of a KRIT album. Not good or catchy, very repetitive.

Some of the songs hit hard. You a whole fukking liar if you say Window Pain didnt hit you in the feels. Ironically though (considering the message), this is an album that needs a drink to be fully appreciated.
