Beautiful..fukk around and add this to my version of the album ala Common when he had the live version of "The Food" on BE

:wow:

Nah, this is his 2Pac 3rd verse from I Ain't Mad At Cha (Radio Edit Version).

shyts dope.

:mjcry:

:mjcry:
dudes seriously clowning his singing :what:

but will be the first to turn up the radio or go crazy when Young thug sings his part of the hook for Lifestyle :snoop:

:pacspit: foh!!

COLE is this generation's Nas like it or not :win::umad:

:salute:

Download to the original with the extra verse added it

http://m.soundcloud.com/sellsmusic/j-cole-be-free-letterman-verse

This so powerful. Cole sounds so genuine

How do I download? I don't think they enabled it.

Never dapped so many posts in one thread. I been rooting for this man since the come up and can say he embraced his lane this album and not trying to make garbage cross over hits like "Workout" This new verse just solidifies that

I one upped you breh. :mjcry: Dapped every single one of the brehs. :mjcry:
Real talk... Ever seen a brother say something was "cringeworthy"?:stopitslime:

Sound like something someone who writes video game reviews would say. And they mad that Cole talking about race issues...:ohhh:

c00ns or Macklemore fans?:leostare:

:deadrose:

Breh was legitimately blown away and misty eyed :wow::whoo:

Like :ohhh::ohhh::ohhh::ohhh::ohhh::ohhh:

Thinkin to himself "JESUS CHRIST :wow:"

Come back anytime :wow:

:mbwow:

Do people realize the whole he can't sing is part of the appeal of the song, clearly cole know's he can't sing. its party of what makes it "gritty" if the nikka could sing and it was all super clean and smooth.....:scust:

ZACTLY.

the interview is great, but if it took u that long to grasp who he is as a person u as a listener failed

i knew how real he was after this song, and fully knew after the warmup

:cryingmj:

watching cole perform at rock the bells is what made me a legit fan. no joke. before then, I liked dude but never fukked with his music too much. Wu was the main attraction that night. cole came on before them and completely DESTROYED it. dude had the whole cali crowd captivated. after that performance, nobody even gave a fukk about wu. and truth be told, they were terrible. I only went there for them, but after coles performance I wasn't even disappointed. dude might just be the best performer in hip hop right now. if you're a hip hop fan, you owe it to yourself to watch J cole perform live.

the events that took place this year has been tragic, But 1 good thing it has done is ... make rap music go full circle and bring back that "black is beautiful "feeling ...:blessed:

I was a lil too young to experience the 2pac "keep ya head up" etc era:mjcry: but i can see hip hop bringing it back with artist like cole, lamar and others:wow:

The singing is fine. Miguel on this wouldn't have had the same effect. The singing on Biz Markie's 'Just a friend' wasn't perfect singing but nobody cares because it was the emotion they could connect with. Y'all focusing on the wrong things
Excellent post
